Same day/ 24hrs service is available. Post/ courier/ drop-off your document to our Central London and we will process your application asap.

If your document(s) reached our office on a Monday morning (10am), you may collect your application result at 5pm with our express same day service. Most successful applications received by 05:00pm can be submitted to the FCDO on the next working day, and documents arrived after 05:00pm will be processed and submitted by the third working day.

How to Submit your Document(s)

We accept applications via different channels, and most successful applications received by 5pm will be submitted to the authority on the next working day. Certified documents can be sent via our online order from; original document(s) can be sent to our office: Legalisation.Services, Mandarin Management, 1 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND

In Person	Our office opens from Monday to Friday between 08:30am and 5pm (excl Bank holidays). For applications delivered in person to our offices an application checking service is available but is provided on a discretionary basis. Charges may apply for this service.
By Courier	You may send your application by a same day/ next day courier, and we will review your application as soon as your documents arrived at our office. For same day submission, please make sure your document(s) arrive before 10:00am.
By Post	Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send your document as it could be tracked on the Royal Mail’s system. For same day submission, please make sure your document(s) arrive before 10am.

Fees

All fees are charged per document. Total price of your order will depend on the services you select and the number of applications. Fees charged by Mandarin Management Limtied are per document and inclusive of VAT. All fees are listed and charged in Pound Sterling.

Payments – How to Pay

After confirming your order, we will send you a confirmation email & invoice – all fees will be charged according to the service you have chosen.

Card Payment	We accepts all major cards in our office with no extra charges.
Online Payment	After we have submitted your application to the FCDO, we will send you a confirmation email and a payment link. The payment link allows you to pay over the internet, and it is all secured by Paypal (Don’t worry, you will not need a Paypal account to proceed forward). Alternatively we also accept WeChat payment/ Alipay – let us know and we will provide a QR code & invoice.
Bank Transfer	Please confirm the amount with us before making a bank payment, as price may vary and sometimes additional postage may incur.
