UAE Embassy Authentications – What do you need
Your Apostilled Documents
Before submitting the application to the officials we will need to complete apostilles on your documents. We could do it on you behalf – message us and we’ll see what’s the best option for you.
Your Passport Copy
For personal documents the Embassy will need a scanned copy of your passport; or for commercial documents (Company) they’ll need a passport copy from one of the directors plus a director list from the Companies House.
Completed Application
Once you have submitted your order we will contact you to complete the application form.

How to Submit your Document(s)
We accept applications via different channels, and most successful applications received by 5pm will be submitted to the authority on the next working day. Certified documents can be sent via our online order from; original document(s) can be sent to our office: Legalisation.Services, Mandarin Management, 1 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND

| By Courier | You may send your application by a same day/ next day courier, and we will review your application as soon as your documents arrived at our office. For same day submission, please make sure your document(s) arrive before 10:00am. |
| By Post | Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send your document as it could be tracked on the Royal Mail’s system. For same day submission, please make sure your document(s) arrive before 10am. |
