FAQs
Where do I find the official NIE requirements?
On the Spanish Consulate London NIE page, or from your Spanish lawyer or gestor. We prepare the UK documents; we don't advise on NIE eligibility.
Can you prepare a power of attorney for my Spanish lawyer?
Yes. Sign before a notary at our City office, we obtain the FCDO apostille and courier the original to Spain. Send us your lawyer's draft on WhatsApp for a quote.
How long does an apostille take?
72 hours standard. We submit to the FCDO the same working day if we receive documents before 09:30. Same-day apostille is available for urgent cases.
Do you apply for the NIE for me?
No. You or your representative make the application; we prepare the UK documents.
