FAQs
Where do I find the official Non-Lucrative Visa requirements?
On the BLS London checklist and the Spanish Consulate London website. We don't advise on eligibility — we prepare the UK documents those checklists ask for.
Can you apostille my medical certificate?
Yes. We obtain the FCDO apostille and can add a sworn Spanish translation. The FCDO will only apostille it if it's signed by a UK-registered doctor, so check this before your GP appointment — WhatsApp us if unsure.
Can you apostille my ACRO certificate?
Yes — see our criminal record apostille service. We translate the apostille as well as the certificate.
How close are you to BLS?
About 15 minutes' walk: Guildhall Yard (EC2V) to 20 St Andrew Street (EC4A). Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 — no appointment needed.
Do you submit my visa application?
No. You submit at BLS. We make sure your UK documents are apostilled and translated.
